    We do not offer refunds on purchases. Only exchanges or store credit will be provided.

  2. Eligibility for Exchange/Store Credit:

    • Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
    • Products must be complete, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from the store credit issued.
  4. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@koolngreen.com to receive a return authorization.
    • Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label that will be deducted from your store credit.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Store Credit / Exchange

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll  be notified within 10 business days.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@koolngreen.com.
